Nagrada Blažo Mirčevski
Jury work for TELFOR 2019. 
In the group of young authors, potential candidates for the "Blažo Mirčevski" award at the Telfor 2019 Conference, there were a total of 36 papers. Papers with an average grade of reviewers greater than or equal to 3.5 are considered as standard.

Out of a total of 36 works, 4 works had a proposal for the "Blažo Mirčevski" Award. Two papers were written in Serbian and the others in English.

After a multi-stage selection, the jury decided that five papers could be shortlisted, taking into account all criteria including originality of idea, approach to research, applicability of results, practical implementation, structure, style and language of writing and successful presentation of papers at the Conference.  These are the following works ranked by quality:

4. Paper 5.16.  İlke Kurt, Sezer Ulukaya, Oğuzhan Erdem, Classification of Parkinson’s Disease Using Dynamic Time Warping 
5. Paper 5.25. Dusan M. Nedeljkovic, Zivana B. Jakovljevic, Zoran Dj. Miljkovic, Miroslav Pajic, Detection of cyber-attacks in electro-pneumatic positioning system with distributed control

This Jury proposes to the Telfor Program Committee that the "Blažo Mirčevski" award for the best paper of a young author at the Telfor 2019 Conference be given to the author of the paper 3.6
New synchronization method for UWB TDOA based localization system utilizing two reference nodes
and that is Vitomir Djaja-Josko.
The paper presents a new approach to anchor node synchronization, which uses two reference nodes. The synchronization method is described together with the derivation of equations for estimating TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) and a discussion on the performed experimental verification is given. The proposed method enables the expansion of the coverage of the localization system while maintaining a reasonable level of accuracy of TDOA measurements.

The author had a very good presentation in English, very lively with the necessary accents on the results. It leaves the impression of a good connoisseur of "typical architecture of the localization systems" with special reference to "indoor localization". It is a continuation of his work from the last Telfor.  Mr Djaja-Joško answered the questions (“why the synchronization is necessary?” and others) meaningfully and systematically.

Blazo Mircevski Award
Rad žirija za TELFOR 2019.
U skupu mladih autora, potencijalnih kandidata za nagradu „Blažo Mirčevski“ na Konferenciji Telfor 2019. našlo se ukupno 36 radova. Standardno se uzimaju u obzir radovi sa prosečnom ocenom recenzenata većom ili jednakom 3.5.

Od ukupno 36 radova, 4 rada imala su predlog za Nagradu „Blažo Mirčevski“. Dva rada su bila napisana na srpskom jeziku a ostali na engleskom.

Posle višestepenog selektovanja, žiri je odlučio da u najuži izbor može da uđe pet radova uzimajući integralno u obzir sve kriterijume uključujući originalnost ideje, pristup istraživanju, primenljivost rezultata, praktičnu realizaciju, strukturu, stil i jezik pisanja rada kao i uspešnost izlaganja rada na samoj Konferenciji. To su sledeći radovi rangirani prema  kvalitetu:

Ovaj Žiri predlaže Progamskom odboru Telfora da se nagrada „Blažo Mirčevski“ za najbolji rad mladog autora na Konferenciji Telfor 2019. dodeli autoru  rada 3.6

a to je Vitomir Djaja Joško.
U radu je predstavljen nov pristup sinhronizaciji čvorova sidra, koji koristi dva referentna čvora. Opisana je metoda sinhronizacije zajedno sa izvodjenjem jednačina za procenu TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) i data je diskusija  o izvršenoj eksperimentalnoj verifikaciji. Predloženi metod omoguć́ava proširenje pokrivenosti sistema lokalizacije uz održavanje razumnog nivoa tačnosti merenja TDOA.
Autor je imao veoma dobro izlaganje na engleskom, vrlo živo sa potrebnim akcentima na rezultate. Ostavlja utisak dobrog poznavaoca „typical architecture of the localization systems“ sa posebnim osvrtom na “indoor localization”. To je nastavak njegovog rada od prošlog Telfora. Na pitanja (“why the synchronization is necessary ?” i druga)  odgovara smisleno i sistematično.
