Mitar Simic was born on 17.10.1987. in Ljubovija, Serbia. Elementary and secondary school in Bratunac, Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H). 2006 – 2010. Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of East Sarajevo, Department of Automation and Electronics, GPA 9.34, with the shortest duration of study in the faculty in postwar history.
2010 – 2012. Master studies at the same university with GPA 9.80 as the first promoted Master of Electrical Engineering in the field of automation and electronics reformed studies.
2012. – Doctoral studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Winner of “Danubius Young Scientist Award 2020” by “Austrian Federal Ministry for Education, Science and Research and the Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe”
